Cookie Policy
The www.hdbsonus.it website (hereinafter also "the Site") uses cookies for the following purposes: performing computer authentication, session tracking, storing information on specific configurations regarding users accessing the server.
This document provides detailed information on the use of cookies and similar technologies, how they are used on the Site and how to manage them.
Visitors have the option of configuring their browser so that they are notified of the receipt of cookies or refuse them. The acceptance of cookies by the browser may be disabled by changing the above settings.
For more information on the processing of personal data by the Data Controller (HDB) https://hdbsonus.net/pages/privacy-policy
DEFINITION
Cookies are short fragments of text (letters and/or numbers) that allow the web server to store information on the browser to be reused during the same visit to the site (session cookies) or afterwards, even after days (persistent cookies). Cookies are stored, according to the user's preferences, by the individual browser on the specific device used (computer, tablet, smartphone).
TYPES OF COOKIES
There are different categories of cookies, with different characteristics and uses:
Technical cookies: these are cookies that are essential for the correct functioning of the site and are used for the sole purpose of transmitting a communication over an electronic communication network, or to the extent strictly necessary for the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or User to provide this service;
Analytical cookies: are cookies used to collect and analyze traffic and use of the site anonymously. These cookies, while not identifying the user, allow, for example, to detect if the same user returns to log in at different times. They also make it possible to monitor the system and improve its performance and usability. The deactivation of such cookies can be performed without any loss of functionality.
Profiling cookies: these are persistent cookies used to identify (anonymously or otherwise) your preferences and improve your browsing experience.
Third party cookies (analytics and/or profiling): these are cookies generated by organisations outside the Site but embedded in parts of the Site page. For example, Google "widgets" (e.g. Google Maps) or "social plugins" (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, etc.).
The management of the information collected by "third parties" is governed by the relevant information to which please refer, and which for your convenience are indicated in the links below.
TYPES OF COOKIES USED
The Site uses the following cookies:
session cookies: used exclusively for User authentication.
third party technicians: when the User enters the data, a Shopify cookie stores them for future use. For more information about the cookies used by Shopify, see https://www.shopify.ca/legal/cookies.
third party analytics:
Google Analytics, a web traffic analysis service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"), which analyzes detailed statistics about visitors to a website. For more information, please refer to https://www.google.it/policies/privacy/partners/. You can selectively disable the action of Google Analytics by installing the opt-out component provided by Google on your browser (see https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout);
Facebook pixel, is a useful tool to obtain statistical data on the way users use the website. For further information, please refer to https://www.facebook.com/policies/cookies/
DURATION
Some cookies (so-called "session" cookies) remain active only until the browser is closed. Other cookies (so-called "persistent" cookies) "survive" when the browser is closed and are also available on subsequent visits by the user, and their duration is set by the server when they are created; in some cases they are set to expire, in other cases their duration is unlimited, but you can always delete them from your browser settings.
Most of the cookies we use are persistent and expire between thirty minutes and two years from the date they were downloaded to the visitor's device.
MANAGEMENT
You can decide whether or not to accept cookies using your browser settings.
The usability of the contents is also possible by completely disabling cookies, and the disabling of "third party technical" cookies (Shopify) does not affect the navigability of the Site; however, it may worsen the User's browsing experience (as it is not possible to store his data for future use).
The setting can be defined specifically for different websites and web applications. Furthermore, the best browsers allow you to define different settings for different types of cookies.
